Hobbies
Well, although school is a time consuming monster, surprisingly, I still manage to find time for other stuff. Designing and DTP, music (listening that is), computer, reading, travelling (although that is something that hasn't happened for quite some time) and more.
Art
Although (in my humble opinion) art can never compete with the beauty of nature, sometimes it comes very close. Check out the wonderful work from Dali, Seurat and Magritte.
Music
Ah yes, music. Rage against the machine, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Faith no more, Pearl Jam, but also Prodigy and Edvard Grieg(!)
Television
Uhm, tough one. Well, Friends is cool, and ER is okay. Ah yes, who can forget classics as M*A*S*H and more recent Life goes on, probably the best tv-show ever.
Cinema
Lots of good movies, but only a few briliant ones: Apocalypse now,
The Godfather Trilogy, Do the right thing, Reservoir dogs.
Sports
Watching and doing it (although my body seems to disagree on that one:-).
Favorite sports are Soccer (Fav team Ajax Amsterdam) and Basketbal.
Literature
Books feed your head. So get away from that screen and use your imagination.
Favorite authors include Frederick Forsyth and Carl Hiaasen.
Food
Yuuuummmmy..(et cetera). Italian food and Chinese Food, the only thing to do for me now is
learn how to prepare my favorite meals...
Politics
Yeah, you there behind that screen. Look further than your own situation.
There are people less fortunate than you, so act upon that. Make up your own mind,
don't stand on a silent platform! And remember, as long as there is room in your country for racism and ignorance, there is room too much!!!
